Consent and Waiver

I am aware that participating in VR activities involves certain risks and potential hazards, including but not limited to:

• Dizziness, nausea, and other discomfort.
• Risk of injury due to physical movement and interactions.
• Risk of tripping, falling, or colliding with objects.
• Emotional and psychological effects related to immersive experiences.

I understand that while the Company has taken measures to minimize risks, it is not possible to eliminate all risks associated with VR activities.

I acknowledge that I am responsible for my personal belongings during my visit to Retro VRcade IKE. The Company is not liable for any loss, damage, or theft of personal items.

I consent to the Company capturing photographs and/or videos of my participation in VR activities. I understand that these media may be used for promotional purposes by Retro VRcade IKE. 

I affirm that I am in good physical and mental health. I have not been advised by a medical professional to avoid participating in activities involving VR technology.

I understand and agree that neither the VR professionals conducting this activity, nor Retro VRcade IKE, through which this activity is conducted, nor any of their respective owners, employees, agents, contractors or assigns accept any responsibility for any loss, damage, or injury suffered by me to the extent that it results from my own conduct or any matter or condition under my control that amounts to my own contributory negligence.

In the absence of any negligence or other breach of duty by the VR professionals conducting this activity, Retro VRcade IKE, and all parties referred to above, my participation in this VR activity is entirely at my own risk.

For participants under the age of 18, I, as the parent or legal guardian, hereby give consent for my child/ward to participate in VR activities provided by Retro VRcade IKE. I acknowledge the risks involved and accept the terms of this Consent and Waiver on behalf of my child/ward.

 In the event of an injury or medical emergency, I authorize the Company to seek and consent to emergency medical treatment on my behalf. 

The form should be read and signed by all customers aged 18 and above. For participants under 18, a parent or legal guardian's signature is required. This form aims to comply with European law and includes specific provisions for children and their guardians.
